Key Responsibilities:
Overarching Responsibilities are to:
Draft, type and dispatch office correspondence as requested.
Use Word and Excel to produce documents and records to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Respond to emails professionally and within a reasonable timeframe.
Design and maintain excel spreadsheets to monitor expenditure including receipts.
Complete bids for funding.
Assist in the design of different marketing materials.
Maintain contact listing,
Be responsible for updating policies and procedures as required.
Additional duties as agreed with the Director.
Practical Requirements:
Be committed to developing and maintaining good working relationships with all contacts within and outside of Carousel.
Ensure that appropriate levels of confidentiality are maintained.
Raise any safeguarding issues immediately to a Director.
Adhere to all Carousel Policies and Procedures.
Preferred Experience/Skills: Background in administration.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages: Excel, Word and Outlook and excellent numeracy skills.
Accuracy and timeliness.
Computer literate: able to complete activities on-line.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with colleagues and the wider community.

Carousel colleagues.
Funders e.g. National Lottery, Regenerage etc and individual donators.
Members of West Lancashire Council.
