Advisor

We require individuals with excellent communication and problem solving skills to provide an effective advice service to clients across our bureaux in South Ribble (Leyland); Chorley & Skelmersdale. Interviews will be conducted using sensitive listening and questioning skills to identify and summarise the essence of the problem and what the client wants. Duties include finding and interpreting information; helping the client choose the most appropriate option; take action where necessary and keeping accurate electronic records. We welcome applications from new and experienced CAB volunteers.

What skills do I need?

In house training is provided. No formal qualifications are required.
