Community Engagement Volunteer

ICANN (Independent Community Advocacy Network North)

To raise the profile of ICANN by explaining to the community what we do as a charity. Volunteers will also support ICANN with a range of activities and events to raise awareness of the work we do in the local community.

Key Duties:-

1. Support local fundraising and engagement events.

2. Distributing promotional materials and flyers across the local community.

3. Attend local networking events.

4. Support the fundraising and business development support worker, including generating and testing new ideas.

What skills do I need?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good people skills, to be approachable and friendly.

• To be organised, methodical and reliable.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Represent ICANN in our community through engagement and at events.

• Keep up to date with ICANN’s vision, mission and core values.
