Community Football Wildcats Volunteer Coach

As a Wildcats Volunteer Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sessions to run smoothly, welcoming the young people into the session, delivering engaging and enjoyable football sessions and ensuring that they can’t wait to return next week. You will have a positive and friendly approach and be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging participation, and fostering a love for the game.

What skills do I need?

• Passion for football and a desire to inspire young girls.

• Previous experience in coaching or working with children is preferred but not essential.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment.

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Willingness to undergo relevant training and background checks e.g., DBS
