Burscough Dynamo FC is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our coaching team, helping to inspire and develop young players in a supportive and engaging environment. We are growing our female provision and seeking volunteers to help us on our development journey to see more females getting involved.

As a Football Coach/Assistant Coach, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a love for the game, improving player skills, and promoting teamwork and sportsperson-ship. Whether you're an experienced coach or just starting out, we welcome enthusiastic individuals ready to make a difference. By joining Burscough Dynamo FC, you’ll be part of a community-driven club where football is about more than just the game—it’s about developing character, teamwork, and lifelong friendships. Most of all for you as a volunteer it is hugely rewarding.

What skills do I need?

Lead or assist in training sessions to develop skills, teamwork, and confidence.

Create a positive atmosphere where players enjoy the game and grow.

Be a role model, helping players reach their potential both on and off the pitch.

Work alongside a friendly team of coaches, parents, and club officials.

We have flexible opportunities which involve 1 hr of coaching 1 evening per week and a Match at the weekend (2hrs). Key Responsibilities: Lead or assist in training sessions that focus on skill development, tactical understanding, and fitness. Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages players to enjoy the game and grow in confidence. Provide mentorship and guidance to players, helping them reach their full potential. Ensure adherence to club policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety regulations. Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and club officials to support the holistic development of the team.
