Every week will bring new and interesting challenges that will help you reach your own potential, ensuring the group can offer fun, friendship and life changing adventure to young people in the local community.

What skills do I need?

We are looking for members of our community who wish to make a difference for young people, who have outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills and an interest in supporting the work of the Scouts in delivering quality programmes for young people.

You will have enthusiasm, drive and want to develop your management skills. You will need:

- The ability to work with other adults as part of a team

- An acceptance of Scouting principles and values

- Enthusiasm, energy and confidence in working with adults

- You must be over 18

- You will need to complete an application form and a DBS check

The role is flexible, but you do need to be available to organise and support the leadership team and want to learn.
