Lunch Club Chef/Cook

We are seeking a volunteer chef to plan; prepare and cook a high quality nutritious; balanced 3-course meal for a luncheon club; which meets on a Wednesday. This opportunity would suit a retired person or someone wanting chef experience. (Term time only)

What skills do I need?

 Ability to plan; prepare and cook food to a high standard.  Hold a current food hygiene certificate at level 2 or above  would be an advantage. Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene to a high standard.  A good understanding of Health and Safety.  To be welcoming; caring; reliable and efficient . To be a team player . Able to work 2s Wednesday per month as per volunteer rota
