Retail Assistant

To assist the shop team to ensure a high level of customer sevice and quality merchandise in order to maximise sales whilst keeping safe and efficient procedures and minimising shop costs. This is a great opportunity to really get involved; gain knowledge of new skills and experience.

What skills do I need?

No special skills/qualifications required. Serving customers; preparing stock; creating window displays; restocking and attractively merchandising the shop floor and financial processes. Full Training will be provided to ensure volunteers feel confident in their tasks and that all shop activities are carried out in line with Retail standards and guidelines. Volunteers are encouraged to share their ideas; support other team members and attend occasional shop meetings.
