Volunteer Events Support

To join The Bickerstaffe Pensioners' Social Fund committee which has approximately six meeting a year to discuss and organise annual events for people over 60 who reside within the boundaries of Bickerstaffe or is associated with Bickerstaffe organizations. 

To assist with fund raising activities.

Assist in the planning and organisation of the events

Participate with the events   - Annual coach Outing   and Christmas Lunch

Details

We have approximately 6 meetings a year, usually held at Four Lane Ends Mission Bickerstaffe. The day and time of the meetinsd can vary At these meetings we discuss for example fund raising activities , applying for grants, dates and planning of the outing and Christmas Lunch, who is doing what and any other fund raising ideas. As a registered Charity any information from the Charity Commission is disseminated to the Committee usually by email.
