Volunteer Post Office Assistant

The Up Holland Post Office opened at St Thomas the Martyr Parish Church in March 2021. The Post Office offers a full service and is open 5.5 days a week and is staffed by volunteers and as such we need a number of people to ensure a good service across the week. To ensure the continued success of  the Post Office we are seeking additional volunteers who are willing and able to complete the required Up Holland Post Office training to work as part of Up Holland Post Office Team.

What skills do I need?

Customer Service skills desirable. Attention to detail and willingness to gain the skills required to utilise a computer based system. Completion of Post Office standard training essential. Post Office Basic Disclosure form to be satisfactorily completed.

When do I need to be available?

Volunteers generally do either one full day or 2 morning/afternoon sessions
