Wellbeing /Support calls Volunteer

We have vacancies for Volunteer Wellbeing Workers and Support Call Handlers to work either face to face or online with adults who are affected by childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence, or rape to support their recovery. We offer a robust training package and support and supervision. The work will be to provide clients with practical support, advice and guidance, self-help strategies and practical techniques to manage the impact of abuse


What skills do I need?

•Good listening & communication skills

•To have a caring, empathic manner & non-judgemental approach

•Effective oral and written communication skills 

•Well-developed interpersonal skills 

•Be able to commit to regular shifts
